Enrollment 2019-20 Instructions

  •  yes Online Enrollment is open July 22 – 28.
  • Sign in at: www.ezschoolenroll.com 
  • Do not register a new account if you have returning students.

  • Enrollment Fees will be collected at CES on July 30 – 31.
  • Click HERE for Enrollment Fees
  • ​Cash, check, or credit/debit cards accepted (2.5% service charge on credit or debit cards)
  • Call the school office if you want to mail in your fees via check.
  • Checks payable to:  Colwich Elementary School
  • CES Logo Apparel Order Online HERE – Order deadline Aug. 9
  • 2019-20 Yearbooks may be preordered for $20
  • ​4th Graders may preorder music recorders for $5
  • ​Used Uniform Sale will be held in the front lobby.  Bring small bills/coins.
    • July 30 - 12 to 8 pm
    • July 31 - 8 am to 4 pm
  • All New Students are asked to enroll in person July 22 – 28. Click HERE to pre-enroll.

Sports Physical (required for 7th & 8th Volleyball, Basketball, Track Athletes)

Medication Permission (Required for ALL prescription and over the counter medicine taken at school)

Free-Reduced Meals  Application – NEW – Online Application – Paper option is available in the office

Consent of Disclosure Form – Required to prorate/waive fees for those who qualify for free or reduced meals

Out of District Application – 1 per family for all students who do not live in Renwick
