Welcome to my online classroom.

 

I am learning as I go on this website design.

I am so excited to see all of my children back in class!!

Please make sure k-5th grade students have a pair of tennis shoes with clean bottoms to wear on our newly refinished gym floor.  

Please make sure 6-8th grade students have tennis shoes with clean bottoms, black shorts, white/red/black CES t-shirt and personal hygeine items for class.  

 

NEW THIS YEAR:

Daily Grades for 3rd – 5th 

10 total daily points broken down as follows:

Psychomotor (physical activity): 5 points

Cognitive (follow directions, learn skills): 3 points

Affective (respectful, responsible): 2 points

Energy Bites (healthy snack recipe)

1 cup uncooked oatmeal

½ cup peanut butter/almond butter

1/3 cup of honey

1 teaspoon of vanilla

½ cup of mini chocolate chips

½ cup of cheerios

(I add flax/chia seeds- 1 Tbsp, protein powder-1Tbsp and sometimes I throw in some sunflower seeds)

Mix all ingredients together – roll into balls and chill in the refrigerator for an hour – Enjoy:)

Please visit my PE Challenge page. I would like to challenge my students and their families to choose one of the competitions to complete. There is no time limit for the completion. I will hand out a form to help record the distances. Once it is complete please return it to school so we can feature you in the Hall of Fame!
